In this foundational module, you complete exercises that explore your values, vision, and mission for your careers and business. You will create a Personal Protocol to share with business partners and clients to foster profound understanding and support during challenging times.

Module 2: Navigation System

Using insights from Module 1, you will create a comprehensive plan for navigating challenging discussions, changes, disagreements, and the unpredictable twists of life and work. This module ensures you and those you engage with remain aligned and focused on the goals and know which way to go when you or they feel lost.

Module 3: Roadmap to My Success

This module involves a detailed exploration and documentation of expectations, deliverables, timelines, and operational aspects to map your quest and help align potential collaborators. It’s the blueprint for achieving your success.

Module 4: Overlook

We pause to acknowledge your hard work and dedication.  This is also a time to review and tweak the Navigation System and Roadmap to My Success. Do the tires need to be kicked a little, the oil topped off, or more window-washer put in? If so, adjust the living document, ensuring everything is on track.

Module 5: Tailgate

For legally binding contracts, if your counsel or local collaborative or integrative lawyers are not already involved in the process (which we highly recommend), we facilitate their involvement to review and ensure all specific local details are addressed, guaranteeing the contract’s legality and completeness.

Module 6: Design and Sign

The final document should reflect your uniqueness. This module allows for creative expression in the document’s design, whether laid out like a comic book or a beautiful poster, making the final document as distinctive as your journey.
